Many DevinSense products and systems are configured to match the customer’s application and are therefore supplied on quotation. You can request a quotation directly from a product page using Request a Quote, or contact us at sales@devinsense.com. For more complex systems, please provide information about your application and requirements so that we can help define the appropriate configuration.
Orders can be placed through our webshop or by sending an official purchase order to sales@devinsense.com. If the order is based on a DevinSense quotation, please include the quotation number on your purchase order. Once the order has been received and processed, DevinSense will send an order confirmation.
Yes. DevinSense works primarily with companies, universities, research organisations, healthcare organisations and other legal entities and accepts formal purchase orders. Please reference the relevant DevinSense quotation number when applicable.
DevinSense ships products from Sweden to customers throughout the Nordic region and internationally. After an order is received, we process the order and issue an order confirmation. If products are not available for immediate delivery, we provide an estimated delivery date. Shipping costs and applicable delivery terms are stated in the quotation, webshop order or order confirmation.
Yes. DevinSense supplies customers throughout the Nordic region and internationally. Shipping, VAT, customs and import arrangements depend on the destination and will be specified where applicable in the quotation or order documentation.
Unless otherwise stated, DevinSense prices and quotations are shown excluding VAT and other applicable taxes, duties or import charges. For EU business customers, VAT treatment depends on the customer’s location and a valid VAT registration number. The applicable treatment is confirmed in the quotation or invoice.
The products and services specifically described in the quotation, order or product information are included. Unless explicitly stated, additional costs or services such as shipping, installation, extended support or extended warranty are not included. For complete systems, the quotation will specify the included hardware, software, services, installation and support.

Payment Information

For security, payment should always be made according to the bank information stated on the DevinSense invoice or order documentation.
